Elevating our Impact this Year!

This year, we are excited to introduce two distinct opportunities to inspire and empower young people at the Ultimate Life Summit: the role of Senior (Sr) Summit Guides and, for the first time ever, Junior (Jr) Summit Guides as part of our leadership development program.

A Path Driven by Passion & Impact

Summit Guides are leaders who are enthusiastic, caring, and responsive to the needs of students. Alumni are selected who possess the passion, knowledge, and dedication to nurture and empower our students. Summit Guides are trained to draw upon their personal experiences at ULS to connect with students meaningfully and offer guidance, support, and encouragement. Most importantly, Summit Guides model the 7 Mindsets in all interactions and understand their critical role in impacting the next generation.

Are you ready to make a difference at ULS 2024?

Summit Guides receive comprehensive training to ensure they have the skills and tools to guide students through ULS effectively.

Summit Guide Requirements

Sr Summit Guides must be between the ages of 21 and 29, and Jr. Summit Guides between the ages of 17 and 20 at the time of the summit. All Summit Guides must be available to be onsite in Orlando from July 12 to July 20 and able to attend at least four virtual trainings during the months of April through July.

Prosocial Qualities

We are seeking alumni deeply passionate about the 7 Mindsets and ULS, embodying self-discipline, organization, and punctuality. Ideal candidates are patient, have strong communication skills, have adequate stamina to thrive in a demanding environment, and consistently show kindness. Proficiency in the English language is a must, and bilingualism is a plus. Additionally, a good sense of humor will contribute to the success and positive atmosphere of the summit.

Leadership Requirements

ULS is a high-energy environment, Summit Guides must be proactive individuals who naturally take initiative in solving problems and are adept at managing group dynamics effectively.
Good candidates should be able to ask for help and be receptive to constructive criticism. Professionalism in behavior and approach is paramount, ensuring that all interactions and solutions are handled with the utmost respect and consideration.

Physical Demands

As a key part of the ULS staff, our days start before the students’ day begins and end after they are dismissed to their rooms, so SGs need both mental and physical stamina, endurance, and patience. Candidates must be physically capable of extensive walking and can maintain their energy and hydration. We dedicate the week to focusing intently on the needs of others, so resilience is required to ensure a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.
