Each year, the Ultimate Life Summit (ULS) opens its doors to a select group of passionate educators from schools, districts, nonprofit and community-based organizations—anyone dedicated to uplifting youth. This exclusive experience is designed to supercharge their lives so they connect more deeply with the youth they serve.

The Educator and Adults Serving Youth track is ideal for a wide array of professionals, including educators, healthcare workers, criminal justice officials, social workers, college and career counselors, individuals from youth and community organizations, as well as coaches and speakers, providing them with valuable insights and tools to enhance their impact on young lives.

The educator track provides a deep immersion into the 7 Mindsets, offering a unique blend of personal and professional development and growth. Learn strategies and tools to seamlessly integrate these insights into your work with youth. Most importantly, you will witness and experience the power of mindset-based learning in real-time, learning to unlock youth potential and empower them to achieve beyond boundaries.

The educator track is a crafted for leaders eager to engage and evolve in their personal and professional lives.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the summit to ensure they can fully engage with the content and responsibilities of the program.

Role and Passion: Candidates must currently be in a role that involves working directly with youth, demonstrating a clear passion and commitment to youth development and empowerment.

Active Engagement: Participants must be ready to fully immerse themselves in the summit, being present both mentally and emotionally to absorb and contribute to the transformative journey.

What does it cost to attend?

Tuition: $2,500

Tuition includes:

  • Six-night stay at the Hilton Orlando Resort

  • All meals throughout the week

  • Admissions to Disney Parks - Magic Kingdom & Hollywood Studios

  • Seven T-shirts, one for each day of the summit

  • All necessary supplies & materials

Financial Assistance

We offer partial tuition-only scholarships based on need and the availability of funds. Our scholarships do not cover travel expenses to and from Orlando, Florida. To qualify for a scholarship, complete the financial assistance questionnaire in the educator application.

Application Information

All applicants must complete an application to be accepted into the summit. You will be notified by email regarding the next steps and the status of your application.

To apply, prepare the following:

Record a 1-3 Minute Video Introduction: The video should feature only yourself - make sure your face is visible and the audio quality is good. Share anything about yourself, such as your interests and the reasons you want to attend ULS. The video file size must not exceed 9.8 MB, so please keep it simple - no fancy editing is needed.

Gather Identification Documents: All applicants must upload a personal identification document such as a driver’s license or school ID. International Applicants must upload a copy of their valid Passport & US Travel Visa.
